EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING WATER PUMP INTAKE HOSE FUTHER INTO MINING PIT FOR COLLECTION OF WATER. ROPE INSIDE HOSE BROKE, AND EMPLOYEE FELL SIDEWAYS INTO BATTERY BOX. THIS CAUSED A LARGE BRUISE ON S IDE OF RIGHT HIP AREA.
