I.NAME STATED HE HAD BEEN TOLD TO CHECK THE THICKNER FOR LEAKS TWICE A DAY ON THE WEEK END HE STATED HE FELL COMING DOWM THE STAIRS OF THE THICKNER UPON INVESTIGATION BY WORKMENS COMP THIS WAS FOUND TO HAVE NOT HAPPENED ON THE MILL PROPERTY BUT ANOTHER LOCATION
