Employee fell off trailer while adjusting a lifting chain on a screen that was being loaded on a flatbed trailer. Employee was taken to hospital for broken ribs and internal injury evaluation.

WHILE REPOSITONING THE BELT (EE IS A LOADER OPERA TOR) CAME ON THE SCENE AND ASSUMING THE BELT WAS POSITIONED & LOCKED OUT & READY FOR REPAIRS, GOT ON THE BELT TO ASSIST WITH REPAIRS. THE CRUSHER OPERATOR TURNED THE BELT ON, KNOCKED EE TO GR
