WHILE HAULING CLAY THE REAR CHAIN ON LOCOMOTIVE BROKE. CAUSIN GLOCOMOTIVE TO SLIDE BACK DOWN HILL OUTSIDE. OPRATOR JUMPED FROM LOCOMOTIVE STRIKING RIBS ON SOMETHING WHEN LANDING ON BANK. THE BOLTS IN REAR SPROCKET WERE LOOSE.
