CONDITIONS WERE DRY, AND NIC SUNNY DAY. EE, CLIMBING DOWN LADDER AFTER CLEANING THE DECK OF THE CONE. HE PUT HIS RIGHT FOOT ON THE GROUND, THEN FOLLOWED BY LIFTING HIS LEFT FOOT TO PUT THEM BO TH FLAT ON GROUND WHEN HIS KNEE GAVE OUT (RIGHT) FROM HIS OWN BODY WEIGHT. HE THEN COLLAPSED TO GROUND AT THE BOTTOM OF LADDER. THE LANDING WAS CLEAR W/O ANY TRIPPING HAZARDS.
