Employee was standing on a ladder cleaning a pin to put bushing in tailgate of the Terex TA400. EE was stepping down the ladder, and was further up than they realized. As EE was stepping down to concrete floor, they ended up falling to concrete floor, landing on the left hip - braking a hip bone, with possible injury to shoulder, elbow, head, fingers.
