Employee had a new on-road dump truck tire up against the work bench, employee was bent over to put cap on and tire popped off the rim, hitting the work bench and then came at employee hurting employee by forcing employee to the ground causing broken right forearm, wrist and thumb bones, with exposed bone on wrist. Also broken right tibia in leg with exposed bone.
