EE WAS CLIMBING A STEPLADDER AND LOST HIS FOOTING. HE WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO TIE HIMSELF OFF YET. HE FELL ABOUT 4-5' LANDING ON HIS RIGHT SIDE. HE FRACTURED TWO FINGERS ON HIS RIGHT HAND.
