EE WAS HELPING ANOTHER EE REMO9VE A DRILL (300 LBS.) FROM THE SLOPE SKIP ONTO THE LANDING PLATFORM. WHILE DOING THIS HIS RIGHT FOOT SLIPPED OFF A SINGLE STEP ON THE PLATFORM, CAUSING HIM TO FA LL, TWISTING HIS KNEE AND HITTING HIS SHOULDER ON A BENCH LOCATED ON THE PLATFORM.
