INJURED WAS GOING DOWN FLIGHT OF STAIRS FROM 6TH FLOOR TO 5TH FLOOR OF P-1 PREHEATER TOWER. SLIPPED ON PIECE OF ROUND STEEL 5/8"X4" MIDWAY DOWN FLIGHT OF STAIRS. CAUGHT HOLD OF HAND RAILS TO PREVENT FALL BUT CREATED LOWER LUMBAR PAIN. WENT TO DR. BOUCHER 7-15 & 7-18 FELT BETTER NO TIME LOST. ON 7-26 ABOU 9AM PAIN RETURNED. INJURED WENTR HOME, SUBSEQUENTLY SAW FAMILY DOCOTR DR. E.
