THE DRIVER WAS LOADING A GRAVEL TRUCK AT THE PIT WITH A FRONT END LOADER. WHEN HE GOT OUT OF THE LOADER HE CAME DOWN THE LADDER BACKWARDS INSTEAD OF FRONTWARDS, AND HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON THE STE P ON THE LADDER AND HE FELL DOWN AND HURT HIS BAACK. HE WENT AHEAD AND WORKED AWHILE AND FINALLY SAID HIS BACK HURT AND HE SHOULD HAVE IT X-RAYS. HE DID AND WAS OFF ONE WEEK.
