EE HAD JUST PULLED A SAMPLE AND TURNED TO WALK TO THE CENTER AISLE. HIS RT. FOOT WENT BETWEEN THE GRATING AND THE ANODE, CAUSING THE EE TO FALL BACK. EE STATED HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK , HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A LUMBAR STRAIN.
