MR. WISHON WAS REPAIRING PUMP (SAND) FOR DREDGE. HE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO DISLODGE A PART WHEN HIS FEET SLIPPED AND JACK LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL TO FLOOR. HE CAUGHT HIS WEIGHT ON HIS ELBOW (LEFGT) IT BRUISED THE BONE AND REQUIRED 4 STITCHES.

EMPLOYEE HAD COMPLETED TUNE-UP ON ENGINE AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO LEAVE JOB WHEN FOOT SLIPPED ON BRRACE BOARD AND HIT ALTERNATOR BELT. AS DAYS HAVE PASSED HJE FOUND THAT THE LEG WAS NOT HEALING PROPERLY AND DECIDED HE NEEDED TO SEE A PHYSICAN
