THE EMPLOYEE WAS PREPARING A DRILL STAGING AND STEPPED ONTO A BAGGING THAT WAS NOT SECURED. HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL ONTO THE MUCK PILE. HIS DRILL MACHINE "JACKLEG" FELL AND STRUCK HIM ON THE LEFT FOREARM CRACKING ONE BONE 3/4 WAY THROUGH.
