EE WAS CLIMBING ONTO A HORIZONTAL SHAFT IMPACTOR AT THE GRAY AND FELL ABOUT 3 1/2-4' BREAKING A PIECE OF HOME OUT OF THE ELBOW OF HIS RIGHT ARM.
