Employee fell from dozer track while adding hydraulic oil. Employee lost footing and fell to the ground, landing on frozen surface. Conditions contributing to the accident included frozen ground and elevated work position on equipment. Injury resulted in a hip fracture requiring medical treatment and lost work time.
