THE DOCTOR ORDERED AN MRI & HAS DETERMINED THE PAIN IS CAUSED BY A RE-OCCURANCE OF A HERNIATED DISC, AN INJURY THATOCCURED ON THE JOB IN 1998 WHEN EE STEPPED IN A HOLE & TWISTED HIS BACK. HE WILL UNDERGO A FUSION ON 1/1/01 & IS EXPECTED TO BE OUT OF WORK FOR THREE TO SIX MONTHS.
