Individual exiting mine shop office slipped on ice and fell on gravel parking surface. Individual was able to walk and continued work with minor discomfort only. Initial diagnosis was sprain; Ongoing pain led to follow-up medical treatment on 14-Jan; x-ray determined fracture of fibula.
