Employee was moving backwards with a piece of steel and tripped over another project he was working on. He fell scraping his left knee and got a bump on the head.

Employee was handing a tool to his partner, both were standing on the D-7 Dozer doing repair work. Conditions were rainy and equipment was wet. Employee missed a handhold, slipped and fell approximately 4 feet, striking his lower back on a service truck parked next to the dozer.

Mesa Verde Resources · Fall from machine

Employee was climbing on side of the mill 4-5 ft high greasing some bearings and slipped falling on his lower back. He was taken to the doctor immediately and cleared for restrictive duty. The employee will be taking a few days off to rest per our instructions and paid sick leave.
