EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING UP A PILE OF CONCRETE DEBRI TO TALK TO A CO-WORKER. ON HIS WAY DOWN HIS FOOT GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN PIECED OF CONCRETE AND HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL WITH HIS LEFT HAND UNDER HIM AND INJURED HIS LITTLE FINGER.
