EMPLOYEE FELL APPROXIMATELY 6 FEET TO THE GROUND OF AN EXECAVATOR AFTER GREASING THE BOOM,TWO ABRASIONS TO THE MIDDEL AND LOWER PART OF THE BACK,MINOR BRUISING,NO BROKE BONES,DOCTOR STATES THA T EMPLOYEE HAS MINOR BACK STRAIN,NO PERMANENT DISABILITY TWO DAYS BED REST AND BACK TO NORMAL WORK DUTY.
