BRAKE ON ELEVAT2R MOTOR NEEDED ADJUSTMENT WHICH RESULTED IN ELEVATOR MECHANISM OVER RUNNING, WHEN ELEVATOR CAME TO RESET ON THE BOTTOM STOPS. THIS ALLOWED SLACK IN LIFT CABLES TO DEVELOPE. W HEN THE BAGGER 7RIED TO ADJUST THE CABLE, HE FELL DOWN ON THE ROLLERS, ON WHICH HE WAS STANDING. THE MAN DID NOT USE PRESCRIBED PROCEDURE FOR WALKING ON ROLLOR TABLE.
