Worker was stacking 50# bag, failed to walk around pallet to stack bags, instead walked over pallet. Possible sprain right knee. Worker sent to doctor.
This accident occurred in the morning, calm weather, sunny day. The employee was working in the warehouse counting bulk bags of product for inventory. While moving around during the count, the employee caught his foot in one of the lifting loops on the bag and twisted his ankle. The employee was sent to the emergency room for x-rays.
EMPLOYEE SLIPPED ON LADDER, LADDER WAS ON WET SURFACE.
HE TRIPPED ON A ROLL OF STRETCH WRAP AND FELL.
FELL ONTO SIDE OF PALLET AND CUT HIS LEFT LEG.
