Employee was walking from his loader to his personal vehicle when he slipped on some ice & snow and twisted his right ankle. No treatment was given at the time. On 1-28-11 employee said he was still having some pain in his foot. It was found to have a fracture in his right foot.

EE was working in a manlift basket when he descended to the ground and was walking away from the manlift, when he slipped in the ice and fell on his back. Injured his right wrist.
EE was walking down the steps. As he was stepping down, he partially missed a step and rolled his right knee/ankle.
