EE WAS WALKING BELTLINE WHEN HE STEPPED ON UNEVEN GROUND, TWISTING RIGHT ANKLE/KNEE. AS THE DAY WENT ON THE PAIN INCREASED. ON 2-5-07 EE's KNEE WAS GIVING OUT AND HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO ER FOR EXAM.

Employee was carrying a 4' x 8' x 1/8" sheet metal with 1 other employee. He was walking backwards when the other employee tripped, pushing the load onto him, causing him to fall backward dropping the sheet metal onto both legs.
Employee was shoveling on the end of the 3 north belt; his feet became stuck in the muck. When he tried to work them free he strained his knee.
