Two employees were placing a plastic 55 gal. barrel onto a barrel cart/stand. The cart/stand was used to store the barrel on its side for dispensing. The employee on the handles of the cart/stand lost his footing as the barrel was layed onto its side & fell into a sitting position. The barrel slid down the handles & struck him in the left lower leg, fracturing his tibia.
