CRUSHING OPERATIONS SHUT DOWN DUE TO RAIN, MAINTENANCE WAS BEING PERFORMED ON THE CRUSHER. EE WAS STEPPING FROM LADDER ONTO THE CATWALK. THE CATWALK BOUNCED APPROXIMATELY 1", AND WAS SLICK DUE TO THE RAIN CAUSING THE EE TO ROLL ANKLE AND FALL.
