Working on night shift. The worker was walking by the side of a conveyer with another worker. They had a flashlight but were not using it. The worker tripped and fell on his right knee cutting it on a piece of angle iron.

CRUSHING OPERATIONS SHUT DOWN DUE TO RAIN, MAINTENANCE WAS BEING PERFORMED ON THE CRUSHER. EE WAS STEPPING FROM LADDER ONTO THE CATWALK. THE CATWALK BOUNCED APPROXIMATELY 1", AND WAS SLICK DUE TO THE RAIN CAUSING THE EE TO ROLL ANKLE AND FALL.
