Employee was walking on the beltline and slipped. When the employee slipped, EE tried to catch self on the belt rail and heard a pop in EE's right arm/tricep area. Employee is awaiting an MRI.
Employee was climbing down off the Longwall tailgate onto the gob wing when EE's foot slipped off the gob wing. Employee landed awkwardly on EE's feet between the support pontoon and the gob wing twisting EE's right knee. Employee was taken off work on 10/3/25 pending an MRI.
Employee was walking around skids of dust in a crosscut. Employee slipped/tripped falling on a block landing on their left arm. Employee was seen at family doctor and referred to an orthopedic. On 7/30/25 it was determined they had a torn left triceps tendon and would need surgery.
Employee was examining the offside of the belt and slipped on a piece of belt lying on the ground. When the employee went to fall, employee grabbed a hold of the belt rail and felt a pain in right shoulder. Employee continued to work until 4/22/2024 when employee was taken off work pending further examination.
The employee was on their knees on the head of the miner cleaning sprays in the # 1 entry on 39-butt. While EE was on their knees, the employee slipped and fell forward onto the drum of the miner jamming EE's left shoulder. The employee continued to work until EE was taken off work on 9/26/2023 due to pain in the shoulder. An MRI has been scheduled.
Employee was helping secure a ladder and fell back on block when blocks accidentally fell.
Employee was walking around the lube truck at 114 break F-Mains when employee slipped and fell. When falling, something cut employee's leg above right knee, causing a laceration. Employee received 4 stitches.

The employee extended left leg to avoid the block and when ee went to stand up ee twisted left leg and felt a "pop" in left knee.
Employee received a contusion to the head when EE lost balance and fell from the second step of a 6 ft. step ladder at the F-Portal office building.

Employee was putting hydraulic oil into the roof bolter and had checked the fluid level in the site glass. When the employee went to move, his right foot stuck in the fireclay bottom causing his knee to twist injuring right knee
