Showing all 7A miner was descending an equipment ladder on a surface haul truck. When he reached the bottom, he stepped on the ground and twisted at the same time causing his knee to "pop." This miner has a history of non-work related injuries to the same knee. This previous injury combined with the twisting motion contributed to the injury.
Stepping down off of the 928 loader. Landed wrong on the ground and broke bone in his foot.
