Showing all 3Miner was exiting out of fuel island storage area as he had done many times before. Left knee strained and went out from him and he fell on his bottom. Surface area was/is clean dry clutter free and clear visability outside were he fell. Left knee has been weak from a 20 year ago injury. Miner was wearing his support brace on left knee at the time of the fall.
Employee said he stepped out of the security trailer and slipped on a rock and fell backward onto the steps of the security trailer hurting his back.
