Injured employee was standing on a catwalk and assisting with the change out and installation of a new piece of screen on the portable crusher with 3 other workers. He was pulling on the piece of screen after it became stuck. He subsequently lost his grip while pulling, lost his balance and fell off the catwalk and impacted the ground.
