Showing all 9Employee tripped hitting EE's knee on mine floor. Employee was transported to get x-rays and they was negative. EE received a full release. Two shifts later EE went back and was referred to a specialist, on March 23rd EE was diagnosed with a torn meniscus. Due to covid-19 and furloughed we are just returning since March 20th.
Employee was installing a rib bolt and slipped, which caused employee to fall off operator platform landing on the mine floor. Employee received bruising to lower back and pelvis.
Employee was on a ladder, building a stopping when the stopping fell and knocked ladder over causing employee to twist ankle and chipped a bone in the left ankle. Employee worked on it and later went to the Dr. and missed 2 days.

Employee was dragging timbers up the # 3 beltline when he slipped and twisted his right ankle. He went to Pikeville Medical Center and received x-rays no broken bones and was diagnosed with pulled tendon in his right ankle, is now waiting to receive MRI.
Employee was walking between the # 3 and # 4 entries when stepped on an uneven surface and rolled his right ankle. he was transported to St. Joseph Martin Hospital he received X-rays that were negative for any broken bones, he was diagnosed with a sprain and released same date
Employee lost his footing and fell onto a metal rib strap resulting in a cut that required 5 stitches to repair.
Employee lost footing in a mud puddle and fell backwards onto right hand. Finished shift, missed next day to have hand examined. Bruise was determined to be only injury.
