Showing all 3Employee was on the dredge cutting a cable when he realized the did not have his hammer. While retrieving his hammer he tripped over a lifting eye that was mounted to the floor of the dredge, falling against the cab injuring his left shoulder.
Employee was descending stone pile to measure face, slipped on loose outer stone and slid to ground, catching his weight with his left hand, causing pain to his left shoulder.
