The injured was washing his coal hauler off on Southeast Mains. He walked around the coal hauler and stepped in a hole and slipped and fell, causing a strain/sprain to his right shoulder.

The weather was wet and rainy. The security officer was stepping out of the office door and stepped on a loose concrete block step. As a result, the officer fell forward onto his right knee. He said his knee was okay other than slight soreness and was reporting the fall for reporting purposes.
