EE was climbing a step ladder when EE's foot slipped and EE missed a step. To keep from falling, the EE grabbed on to a piece of machinery to steady themself. EE said that they felt like they may have pulled a muscle. The pain got worse over the next few days.

Showing all 3The EE was descending a ladder, lost grip and fell. The EE sustained injuries to the left arm (laceration and possible broken arm, laceration to the right thumb).
EE's were putting the hood on the crusher. Co-worker was operating the track hoe & lifted the hood up to crusher. When the hood got on top of crusher, it got stuck sideways & the chains came off. IE climbed up on the frame of the crusher & re-attached chains to the hood. IE tried to move hood from side to side. The hood popped up & hit IE's leg knocking IE 6' to the ground.
