Employee finished the shift and didn't go to the Doctor until that afternoon.

Employee was stacking 8" concrete blocks on a pallet. The employee tripped over a brattice cloth, causing self to fall. The block ee was carrying fell on fingers-smashing them between another block.
EE(ACC Employee) was working on the surface area of the Mine helping to drill a rock dust hole. As he was pulling a drill steel back onto the trailer he slipped on another drill steel that was lying on the trailer causing him to fall over the baffle board which resulted to a strain to his back.
