Showing all 7Employee parked front end loader and was getting down off the ladder. When EE took the last step, the ground was dug down further than EE was expecting and EE fell on right shoulder. Employee bruised their shoulder and worked light duty the next shift.
An employee was walking along the bulk tanker truck scale while a truck was on it and was being loaded while carrying a tall cardboard box. EE's box got pinned between the truck and a wall causing EE to forcefully push it through which caused EE to trip off the scale and strike face with the box.
