As the deckhand was going down the Engine Room steps, employee slipped on the second step from the floor and attempting to stop the fall injured right shoulder. Employee also suffered a small avulsion on right index finger.
The employee was reaching to turn off the water hose that the employee had been using to wash out around a conveyor belt. Employee lost balance when employee reached to turn off the hose. Employee fell over against a newly poured concrete wall. The concrete form wires had not been properly removed and there was an exposed wire left sticking out that cut employee's arm.
Employee climbed into the back of a service truck to get a gas can out. When EE was climbing down EE's foot slipped off of the rear step/bumper. EE hit EE's leg on the bumper.
