Contract employee was pulling material out of the bed of a pickup, while up on the bed EE stepped on a piece of teflon material losing footing and fell off the edge of the tailgate landing on the cement floor. Cause of this injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equipment was not a factor, miner proficiency may have been a factor.
