EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING CRUSHER BEARINGS PRIOR TO START UP WHEN HE TRIPPED ON GREASE HOSE AND FELL ON HIS RIGHT FOREARM AND ELBOW. THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOPITAL FOR X RAYS BECAUS OF AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF SWELLING X RAYS WERE NEGATIVE AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING CELLUTITIS UNASSOCIATED WITH THE FALL.
