WAS CHANGING SC9EEN ON SECONDARY. HE WAS WALKING ALONG THE CATWALK OF MACHINE. THE WELD FROM CATWALK TO MACHINE BROKE. HE GRABBED THE RAILING, BUT FELL AND SWUNG AGAINST THE MACHINE AND HIT AN ANGLE IRON 2N THE MACHINE. HE BROKE 3 RIBS AND BRUISED THE CHEST WALL.
