HE SLIPPED AND FELL ON #1 SUBLEVEL WHEN HE WAS RETURNING TO HIS STOPE AFTER LUNCH. AS HE FELL HE REACHED BACK TO CATCH HIMSELF ON THE CHAIN RAILING. HE CONTINUED TO FALL BUT AS HE CAUGHT HIMSE LF HIS ARM JERKED AND HE INJURED HIS BACK.
