EMPLOYEE WAS CROSSING THE PLANT STREET/RAILROAD TRACKS FROM WEST TO EAST. TO GET AROUND A STRING OF RAILROAD CARS, HE WALKED ABOUT 100 FT SOUTH ON THE WET CONCRETE, LOST HIS TRACTION, LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL ON HIS LEFT SHOULDER. THIS FALL TORE MUSCLES IN HIS SHOULDER.
