THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING NEAR THE EDGE OF A BENCH ATTEMPTING TO CLEAR A SLURRY HOSE, THE OCCLUSION IN THE HOSE BROKE FREE CAUSING THE MAN TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND FALL OVER THE EDGE. T HE MAN FELL APPROXIMATELY 15 FET. HE SUSTAINED A SORE BACK.
