INJURED WAS HELPING UNLOAD A WATER TANK FROM A DROP DECK TRAILER,HE WAS UNHOOKING THE CABLES HOLDING THE WATER TANK WHEN HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL OFF THE TRAILER.HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT HIP ON A ROCK. HIS LEFT HIP IS BROKEN.HE WAS TAKEN TO EASTERN NM MEDICAL CENTER IN ROSWELL,HE SAW DR.

TEARING DOWN THE CRUSHING PLANT TO MOVE TO ANEW LOCATION. HE WAS STANDING ON A STACKER APPROX 15' ABOVE THE GROUND. WHILE LINING UP THE THE CRANE BOOM AND CABLES HE FELL FROM THE STACKER, LA NDED ON HIS FEET THEN FELL OVER CAUSING A COMPRESSION FRACTURE IN HIS BACK.
