EMPLOYEE WAS GOING TO CHANGE TIRES ON OVER THE ROAD TRUCK-PUP. HE WAS USING TIRE HOIST TO RAISE HIMSELF UP TO TIRES. WHEN HE STEPPED BACK ONTO HOIST, THE HOIST BROKE.
