EE STANDING ON GROUND SEVERAL 4-5 INCH ROCKS ON GROUND FROM SURGE PILE NEXT TO WHERE EE STANDING. AS EE PULLED TO REMOVE RETURN ROLLER, FOOTING SLIPPED, LOST BALANCE RETURN ROLLER IN HAND WAS PULLED FORWARD AS EE FELL, ROLLER PINCHED LEFT THUMB.
EMPLOYEE BACKED DOWN LADDER. HIS HEAVY LUG BOOT SOLE CAUGHT WRUNG WRONG. SLIGHT OVER-EXTENTION OF LEFT KNEE. OK TO WORK - NO CRAWLING/CLIMBING.
