EMPLOYEE WAS GOING UP STAIRS TO CHECK CONE WHEN 3RD STEP FROM TOP BROKE. EMPLOYEE FELL THROUGH LANDING ON RIGHT SIDE ON NEXT STEP. HE TWISTED HIS BACK AND IT KNOCKED THE AIR OUT OF HIM. HIS CLOTHING WAS CAUGHT ON EQUIPMENT. HE WAS LIFTED UP AND HIS CLOTHING PULLED FREE.
