Weather was cold at 36 degrees. Crew was rebuilding crusher cone. Employee tripped and fell on un-leveled ground and hurt right shoulder.

The conveyor that the employee was on was wet. When he stepped down to get to the walkway his foot slipped on railing causing him to loose balance, falling to the walk about 3 feet from belt.

EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN HILL FROM FEEDER TO JAW AND CAUGHT EITHER HEEL OR TOE OF LEFT BOOT ANDFELL ON HIS LEFT SIDE. HE LANDED 5 TO 7 FEET FROM WHERE HE TRIPPED. HE STRAINED AND BRUISED HIS NECK AND BACK.
