THE TOOL THE EE WAS USING TO MOVE THE ELECTRICAL CABLE WAS COVERED IN MUD, THE HOOK WAS STRETCHED OUT. HE WAS PULLING THE WATER LINE WITH THE CABLE PUTTING TOO MUCH WEIGHT. THE EE WAS LEANING BACK AND PULLING THE LINES. THE HOOK SLIPPED OFFTHE CABLE AND LINE CAUSING THE EE TO STUMBLE BACK A COUPLE OF FEET THEN FALLING DOWN HITTING HIS HEAD ON GROUND SURFACE.
