EMPLOYEE WAS JUMPING UP INTO A TRUCK TO WORK ON IT, WHEN HE DISLOCATED HIS KNEE. HE WAS ABLE TO GET IT BACK IN PLACE ON HIS OWN. LATER THAT SAME DAY WHILE HE WAS WORKING ON A LOADER IT KICKED OUT AGAIN. THIS TIME ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAD TO PUT IT BACK IN PLACE FOR HIM. 7 DAYS LATER WHILE LOADING HOLES IT CAME OUT AGAIN AND THEY COULDN\T GET IT TO GO BACK. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TOOK HIM T
